Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the time of all clients and maintain the quality of service at Glow Haus Aesthetics, the following policies are in place.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if the remaining time does not allow the service to be completed properly. In this case, the cancellation fee may apply.
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within the appropriate notice period.
